Sponsoring any of the events listed below will get you additional recognition during the event. Sponsors will have special signage displayed during their sponsored event, their company name in the on-site guide, recognition from KEMSA officers at the general sessions, and special emphasis to the attendees to stop by your booth to thank you and view your products/services.

If you choose to sponsor one or part of one of the opportunities of at least $600, your basic booth cost is free. The booth includes table(s) and table linen(s), but you will still have hotel ($180), food ($50), and other optional costs. (Full booth prices include the booth, hotel and food. For more information about the booths, click here.)

Exhibit days are set for Thursday evening, August 13; Friday, August 14; and Saturday August 15, 2009 (tear down is right after lunch on Saturday).
