Registration details:
You can register as a player, sponsor or both on our registration form! Just click on the event name above to register.

Once you confirm attendance, you can pay online.  Team Registration and payments are due at by April 22nd. All team member names are due by April 22nd.

All sponsorships, and sponsor logos are due by April 5, 2024.

SPONSORSHIPS:

We offer a variety of sponsor levels and benefits to fit any budget. ALL sponsors will be recognized on this website page and in the KEMSA Chronicle magazine mailed to all members across the state along with the benefits listed below.  Some levels come with teams in the tournament and others do not.  All sponsorships, and sponsor logos are due by April 5, 2024.

Title Sponsor - $1,500*

• Your company logo/name on a sponsor banner, 4 hole sponsor signs, and event materials
• recognition at the tournament lunch

Presenting Sponsor - $1,000*

• Your company logo/name on a sponsor banner, 2 hole sponsor signs, and event materials
• recognition at the tournament lunch
  
• four-person team in tournament

Friends of EMS Sponsor - $625

• Your company logo/name on a sponsor banner and event materials
  
• recognition at the tournament lunch
• four-person team in tournament
  

*These sponsorships include a four-person team in the tournament if you would like. A team isn’t required.

Hole Contest Sponsor - $275 each

• Company logo/name displayed on a full-color sign placed at the tee box and a logo on the GPS on each cart as they approach your hole
• Company name on contest sign
• recognition at the tournament lunch

Hole Sponsor - $150 each 

• Company logo/name displayed on a full-color sign placed at a tee box and a logo on the GPS on each cart as they approach your hole
  You can also purchase a hole sponsorship and team registration for $500 total.

Prize Donation for Team Prizes, Raffle or Door Prizes

These are tax deductible donations as applicable by law as we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Tournament proceeds will be used to support KEMSA’s mission: to be a single voice for EMS professionals, educators, and ambulance services, and to further the continued improvement of emergency medical services throughout Kansas through quality education programs. This allows EMS professionals to continue saving lives with up-to-date education and tools! Thanks for your sponsorship!
