Individual Membership • Service Membership • Squad Membership
KEMSA currently offers 3 types of membership, which are individual, service, and squad memberships. Membership benefits for all categories include: the KEMSA Chronicle; the Last Blast of Summer Annual Conference; having a voice for EMS at the local, state, and national levels; reduced rates on gift shop items; and much more! See each category below for additional benefits.
To join or renew your membership: 1) View the category below to download the membership and insurance forms. 2) Fill out the forms and fax, mail, or e-mail the information to KEMSA. 3) Enclose payment with the forms or pay online by adding the membership to your cart and paying with paypal.

1. Individual - You buy a membership for yourself - $25.00 a year |

| Additional Benefits: 1) Acting/Voting membership (must be a certified EMS attendant in KS); 2) membership to one society of your choice (additional Society memberships are $5.00 a piece); and 3) You also have the option of being part of committees to shape KEMSA at no charge. Committees include: Bylaws; Membership/Credentials; Conference Planning; Nominating; and Awards. |

| Additional items: 1) You can select how many employees join and pay for their membership; 2) You can now use the Squad membership form in Excel format; and 3) You must fill out the membership form and insurance form for EACH member. | |
