Please fill out the form below for your presentation submission, attach the needed materials, and then submit. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. We are specifically looking for some hands-on training and leadership sessions. 

If you have more than one presentation to submit, you only need to submit this online form once.  After your first online submission, you can send additional presentations with titles, descriptions and objectives to kari@kemsa.org.
