The seminar will run from 9am-11am with lunch and a question/answer session immediately following.  During this seminar, EMS attorney & compliance expert, Kevin Fairlie, JD, MHA along with Fitch & Associates’ Senior Partner, Anthony Minge, Ed. D., will discuss the new and significant legal risks facing the EMS industry and the concrete steps you should take now to minimize your potential liability.  Kevin serves as Executive Advisor to EMS Compliance and was instrumental in designing their products and services.
