2024 KEMSA Sporting Clay Shoot

COST:

$65.00 per person/$260.00 per team of four (Includes lunch, 100 clay pigeons, and prizes!)

$435 for Station Sponsorship & four person team

$175 for Station Sponsorship ONLY

Please note: shells are not included in the registration fee but will be available for purchase at STC Sporting Clays. Carts are also not provided, but a limited number of carts will be available for rent. 


Range Rules:

  • STC MUST have a signed waiver on file (annually) for each shooter.
  • Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times near any shooting area.
  • All actions must be kept open unless on the firing line and the range is hot.
  • No loaded firearms behind the firing line or while people are down range.
  • All firearms must be pointed in a safe direction at ALL TIMES when transporting them between shooting stations.
  • Shooters may only shoot from designated shooting stations.
  • Shot size larger than 7 ½ is not permitted.
  • The maximum load equivalent is no heavier that 3 dram 1 1/8 oz.
  • No more than 2 shells may be loaded at any time.
  • Shots may only be fired from a shouldered firearm.
  • Be courteous and aware of shooters around you and on other ranges.
  • Notify your RSO or range staff of any unsafe firearm handling or behavior.
  • If you have any questions or are unclear about any safety procedures, please speak with range staff prior to handling any firearm.

Registration details:
You can register as an individual shooter, 4-person team, sponsor or both on our registration form! Once you confirm attendance, you can pay online or mail a check.  Payments are due by September 20.  Just click on the event name above to register.

All registrations, sponsorships, and sponsor logos are due by September 10, 2024.

SPONSORSHIPS:

We offer a variety of sponsor levels and benefits to fit any budget. ALL sponsors will be recognized on this website page and in the KEMSA Chronicle magazine mailed to all members across the state along with the benefits listed below.  Some levels come with teams in the sporting clay shoot and others do not.

Title Sponsor - $1,500*

  • Your company logo/name on a sponsor banner, 2 station sponsor signs, and event materials

Presenting Sponsor - $1,000*

  • Your company logo/name on a sponsor banner, 1 station sponsor sign, and event materials
  • recognition at the event lunch

Friends of EMS Sponsor - $500*

  • Your company logo/name on a sponsor banner and event materials
  • recognition at the lunch
  • four-person team 

*These sponsorships include a four-person team if you would like. A team isn’t required you are welcome to attend the event anyway to network with the attendees if you'd like.

Station Sponsor - $175 each 

  • Company logo/name displayed on a full-color sign placed at a station and a logo on

These are tax deductible donations as applicable by law as we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Event proceeds will be used to support KEMSA’s mission: to be a single voice for EMS professionals, educators, and ambulance services, and to further the continued improvement of emergency medical services throughout Kansas through quality education programs.
