On Nov. 12 from 1400-1600 hours, the KEMSA Educator’s Society is proud to present the BLS Exam Workshop, which doubles as an educator’s workshop! 

THIS HAS BEEN APPROVED AS AN EDUCATOR'S WORKSHOP BY THE KANSAS BOARD OF EMS and as such, fulfills the Educator workshop requirements for Instructor/Coordinators.

The society has identified that many educators are ill-prepared for the “new” method of BLS Exams. The Educator’s Society has worked hard to put this program together that will discuss what the current practical skills testing process looks like, how to better prepare exam candidates, and how educators can host a site. The workshop is ideal for any Kansas EMS educator or lab assistant who is involved with the initial education of EMRs and EMTs. The goal of this workshop is to provide educators with a wide variety of information so they can better prepare their students for a successful BLS Exam.
