This is a 2.5 day educational conference from November 7-9, in Pratt, KS for all levels of EMS professionals. This conference will provide 21 hours of EMS CE and will pertain to all levels of certification.

COST

Full Conference (Friday-Sunday):
$165 – KEMSA Members  |  $215 – Non-Members

Make sure to login for the member price.

Single Day Options:

Friday  or Saturday - $100 each | Sunday - $75
Cost includes CE hours each day and breaks on Saturday and Sunday. Meals are on your own.

MORE INFORMATION

All registrations will be taken online. You will have the option to pay with credit card or you will automatically be emailed an invoice that you can turn in for payment. All registration fees are due on or before October 24.  If you don't pay by October 24, your spot will be forfeited.

If you need to register more than one person, just add a guest registration for each additional person you want to include. Then you will get one invoice for everyone.  Or if you are registering someone else, go to the registration form and substitute their information for your information that it fills in.

  • Registration Deadline:
    October 24 (unless it fills up first)
  • Payment Deadline:
    October 24 (ALL payments are due by this date)
    If you don't pay by October 24, your spot will be forfeited.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be granted ONLY if cancellation is received in writing in the KEMSA office by 5 pm on October 24. No refunds or substitutions will be made after October 24.

AGENDA*

  • Friday, November 7: 10:00-6:30 pm covering four hours of airway, respiration and ventilation, two hours of medical, and one hour of pediatrics*
  • Saturday, November 8 : 8 am-5:30 pm covering four hours of cardiovascular and four hours of medical* 
  • Sunday, November 9: 8 am-3:30 pm covering two hours of cardiovascular, two hours of trauma and two hours of operations*

Kansas Core Components That Will be Covered:

  • Airway, Respiration & Ventilation – 4 Hours
  • Cardiovascular – 6 hours
  • Trauma – 2 hours
  • Medical – 6 hours
  • Operations – 2 hours
  • Pediatrics - 1 hour
After this conference, EMTs will still need an additional 7 hours to re-certify, for a total of 28 hours every two years. AEMTs need 44 hours and Paramedics need 60 hours every two years in certain core components to re-certify.
