We look forward to you being one of our exhibitors and a sponsor to help us continue to provide a high quality educational conference for emergency medical services personnel in the state and surrounding areas - from first responders to paramedics, as well as physicians, educators, firefighters, service directors, managers and more!

Register online using the link below.  Once you register, you can pay online or check your email for an invoice.  Once we have the diagram we will contact you for your choice.  Your space will not be reserved until payment is received.

BOOTH DIAGRAM

Once the diagram is available, we will reach out in the order of which registration and payment is received. On the registration form, you will be allowed to give us your top three booth preferences.  We will do our best to accommodate you, but space will be given to sponsors first, then first come first serve. We also try not to put competitors right next to each other.  Make sure you get your registration completed as soon as possible for the best spots.  BOOTH SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

All Vendors and Sponsors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. 

BOOTH OPTIONS (Before June 30)

All booths come with two chairs, electricity, and internet access. All space is available on a first come, first served basis and isn't reserved until payment is received.  

After June, prices increase by $100.

Standard Booth - $650*
Includes: 8’x10’ booth with 1 table, chairs, electricity, internet, pipe & drape 

Large Booth - $850*
Includes: 10’x20’ booth with 1 or 2 tables, chairs, electricity, internet, pipe & drape

Endcap Booth - $950*
Includes: 10’x20’ booth with 1 or 2 tables, chairs, electricity, internet, pipe & drape with primary placement facing high traffic walkways. (limited spaces available)

Vehicle Space - $1,050*
Includes: 15'x20' indoor space for one (1) vehicle.  This comes with 1 table, 2 chairs, electricity, and internet.  

*Booth Spaces dimensions are approximate - KEMSA reserves the right to adjust sizing as needed.

Exhibitor Schedule
Thursday - August 7

5:30-6:30 pm Vehicle Move-in --Vehicles must be on-site and ready to move in at 5:00 p.m. No Vehicles will be moved in prior to 5:00 p.m.

6:45-7:45pm All other vendors and sponsors can move in.


Friday - August 8  - Vendor Hours 11:00-6:00p
8:00 am Exhibitor check in/setup continued

11:00 am -1:00 pm - Vendor GRAND OPENING and Lunch - Vendors to remain open after lunch - afternoon break will take place in the vendor hall. 


Saturday - August 9

8:00-10:00 am Breakfast in Vendor Hall for all attendees and vendors

 All booths must begin teardown at 10:00 am and be out by noon.

features for 2025

Some features of the 2025 KEMSA Conference & Expo that will enhance your experience include:

  • Again this year - 0.5 hour CE Hours during the Friday Lunch portion - First come first serve - $250 to sponsor half hour CE sessions - All sessions must have a required Education component. (2 available)
  • Breakfast in Exhibit Hall on Saturday - This year, KEMSA will be providing a breakfast option in the exhibit hall on Saturday morning for exhibitors and attendees. Vendors receive meals for two people per booth/sponsorship, additional meals can be purchased at the time of registration, this will allow for more traffic in the exhibit area on Friday and Saturday  and will provide exhibitors easy access to a meal during show hours. See the registration form for details.
  • One Exhibit Hall for booths and vehicles & New booth diagram - All our exhibitors are located in one large room along with ambulances allowing for maximized traffic flow for all booths and vehicles. In 2025, we have again strategically placed vehicle spaces to maximize vendor space and to allow for better traffic flow for all exhibitors. Reserve early for the best spots!
  • Booths with electricity and wifi included - Standard and large booths receive an 8’x8’ or 8'x10’ booth respectively with pipe and drape for a large space and a professional setup. Endcap booths are 10'x15' with primary placement facing high traffic walkways. All booths include: one 6’ table, two chairs, wifi and electricity.
  • Event Mobile App - In addition to our conference guide, our attendees will be able to download our mobile app, which includes an exhibit hall map and list of exhibitors.
  • Updated Setup Times - Our exhibitor move-in will be available from 5:30-7:45 on Aug. 7. Vehicles must be on-site and ready to move in at 5:00 pm. All other exhibitors can start to move-in at 6:30 Thursday evening and again at 8:00 on Friday. Grand Opening at 11:00 on Friday.
  • Enhanced Sponsorship Options - Our sponsorship levels give you the opportunity to include a booth with your sponsorship price or by itself. This allows you to select a level that fits your needs and marketing goals! See all of our great options
