EXHIBITOR PACKETPACKET COMING SOON! The packet gives you details about booths, move-in times, a schedule of events, sponsorship opportunities, and more. BOOTH DIAGRAMOnce the diagram is available, we will reach out in the order of which registration and payment is received. On the registration form, you will be allowed to give us your top three booth preferences. We will do our best to accommodate you, but space will be given to sponsors first, then first come first serve. We also try not to put competitors right next to each other. Make sure you get your registration completed as soon as possible for the best spots. BOOTH SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Exhibitor Schedule
Thursday - August 7
5:30-6:30 pm Vehicle Move-in --Vehicles must be on-site and ready to move in at 5:00 p.m. No Vehicles will be moved in prior to 5:00 p.m.
6:45-7:45pm All other vendors and sponsors can move in.
Friday - August 8 - Vendor Hours 11:00-6:00p
8:00 am Exhibitor check in/setup continued
11:00 am -1:00 pm - Vendor GRAND OPENING and Lunch - Vendors to remain open after lunch - afternoon break will take place in the vendor hall.
Saturday - August 9
8:00-10:00 am Breakfast in Vendor Hall for all attendees and vendors
All booths must begin teardown at 10:00 am and be out by noon.
