3 pm Ambulance Move in --Vehicles must be on-site and ready to move in
4–8pm All other exhibitors can check in/setup booth
Friday - August 13
8:00-9:15 am Exhibitor check in/setup (if needed)
9:30–10:00 am Grand opening of exhibit hall
11:30 am-12:45 pm Lunch Break/Exhibit area open Attendees will eat lunch on-site or can purchase tickets to eat in exhibit hall
1:45–2:15 pm & 3:15-3:45 pm Breaks in exhibit area
4:30-5:30 pm Exhibitor Showcase/Reception
Saturday - August 14
9:15–9:45 am - Break in exhibit area
10:45 –11:30 am - Final break in exhibit area, Prize Drawings from your booth
11:30 am Tear down exhibits
