Base fee:

CE Session – $250.00
Sponsor a .5 hour CE Session during the vendor lunch. First come first serve and session must meet CE requirements with objectives. Limit 4
Large Booth - Late – $750.00
A large booth includes: 10’x20’ booth with 2 tables, chairs, electricity, internet, pipe & drape. Registration after July 15.
Standard Booth - Late – $550.00
A standard booth includes: 10’x10’ booth with 1 table, chairs, electricity, internet, pipe & drape. Registration after July 15.
