SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Thank you for considering a sponsorship of the KEMSA conference & Expo.  We hope our sponsorship opportunities exceed your expectations and help you meet your marketing goals.

Bonus: All 2023 sponsors will get priority booth selection for our 2024 Conference before we open exhibitor registration to the public.

Deadlines: To be included in ALL conference event publicity and promotions, you must commit to a sponsorship and submit your company logo/name by May 30, 2023. (If you are past this date, we will add you to future e-mails, the online brochure, and the website after you register and pay.)

To be included in the conference program and on signage at the event, you must commit to a sponsorship and submit your company logo/name by July 15, 2023.

All registrations will be taken online through our exhibitor registration for sponsorships, advertisements, and/or exhibits.  Please use the link above. 

Once you register online, you will receive an invoice by e-mail.  Then you can pay online with a credit card or mail a check.  Please note that booth space is not reserved until your payment has been received.

Sponsorship options for 2023 give you the opportunity to include a booth with your sponsorship price or not. This allows you to select a level that fits your needs and goals!

Limit of 4 sponsors at this level. Premier promotional opportunities at the conference, including:
