  includes 18 holes of golf, range balls, cart and lunch following the tournament for one player. You can register more than one person by adding them as a guest registration on your form.
• Single Player + Hole Sponsorship – $395.00
• Sponsorship: Friends of EMS Sponsor – $750.00
  As a sponsor, you get your company logo/name on a sign and event materials; a four-person team and recognition at the tournament lunch.
• Sponsorship: Golf Hole Contest Sponsor – $375.00
  As a sponsor, you get your company logo/name displayed on a full-color sign; company name on contest sign; and recognition at the tournament lunch.
• Sponsorship: Hole Sponsorship – $300.00
  Includes a hole sign along with your logo on the cart GPS at that hole.
• Sponsorship: Presenting Sponsor – $1,000.00
  As presenting sponsor, you get: your company logo/name on a sponsor banner, 2 hole sponsor signs, and event materials; recognition at the tournament lunch; and a four-person team in tournament.
• Sponsorship: Title Sponsor – $1,500.00
  As a title sponsor you get: your company logo/name on a sponsor banner, 4 hole sponsor signs, event materials; recognition at the tournament lunch; provided items/materials in golf bags; and a four-man person in tournament.
• Team of Four – $380.00

  includes a hole sign along with your company logo on the cart GPS at that hole. AND includes 18 holes of golf, range balls, cart and lunch following the tournament for a team of four players.
